With over 38 years' experience in banking and commercial finance, Alastair brings extensive practical lending and relationship-management expertise to Aviella Commercial Finance. Alastair spent his entire career with Lloyds Bank, progressing from frontline banking and branch management to Commercial Banking Relationship Manager. For more than 20 years, he worked closely with business owners and directors, managing a portfolio of small and medium-sized businesses operating across all sectors of the economy.

His experience spans commercial finance, including commercial mortgages, property development, investment property, asset finance, invoice finance, trade finance, term loans, overdrafts, and revolving credit, as well as acquisitions, management buyouts, and refinancing.

Having spent many years on the lender's side of the table, Alastair understands what lenders are looking for and how to structure funding proposals effectively. He particularly enjoys understanding the business behind the numbers and what clients are trying to achieve.
